Parsley Carum petroselinum. Parsley is associated with Festivity and Celebrations. Only sow Parsley on Good Friday, otherwise it is unlucky (the Angel of Death may enter your Home.) Satavar Asparagus racemosus. Satavar corrects Genital Disorders.

Satyrion Root Orchis maculata. The Root of the Spotted Orchid. Ground to Powder and mixed with Musk Oil, Satyrion Root makes a powerful Love Potion.

Sea Spirit Plant Place a small amount of Sea Spirit in a little Bottle which is filled with Whiskey, then seal the Bottle. Keep a Bottle in each Room of the Home as a lucky Charm.

Seaweed/Lady’s Trees Pieces of dried Seaweed are kept in the House, especially on the Mantel above the Fireplace, in order to keep the House safe from Fire.

Smallage/Wild Celery Apium graveolens. Smallage prevents Muscle Cramps. A Tisane of Smallage has a Sedative Effect, and a Tea made of dried Seeds is a Treatment for Rheumatism, Arthritis, and Gout.

Solomon’s Seal/Lady’s Seals/St. Mary’s Seal Polygonatum multiflorum. Place the Herb in a Container and burn it before starting a Ritual; this invokes the aid of the Spirits in making a Success of the following Ritual. Solomon’s Seal is used as an Herb of Protection and Exorcism. Its Root is used to make Potions which drive out all Demons, Negativity, and Evil Forces when sprinkled.

Tea A Tea is an Infusion of any dried Leaves used medicinally or as a Beverage.

Thorn Apple/Jimson Weed/Stramonium Datura stramonium. A few drops of Thorn Apple Berry Juice mixed into a Potion, can cause Visions.

Thyme Thymus vulgaris. Thyme is good for Flatulence. It induces Perspiration. An Infusion of Thyme is useful in treating Colds and Sore Throats, and for stimulating the Circulation and speeding Recovery from Hangover. Thyme also aids the Digestion. The Thyme is used in Love Spells and Divinations, Dream Magick, Spells to increase Strength and Courage, and Charms against Nightmares. It is also used in Healing Spells, Purifications, and Rituals to develop Extra-Sensory Perception. A Branch of wild Thyme carried into the House of an old or ailing Man will surely cause him to die.
